TERMS OF SERVICE

By commissioning me you accept the terms I indicate below.Payment: Upon receipt of your commission, I will give you my answer, which will include my acceptance/rejection, and a quote, as applicable. I can decline any commission without stating the reason. Then, If you are okay with the price I give you, write me back, and I will send you a PayPal.me link or my MercadoPago account.
Payment must be made within 48 hours, and you have to let me know if you would like to pay the full price upfront (I will send you high resolution progress shots) or make a 50% deposit (low resolution progress shots, and I will send you the high resolution final product after receiving full payment).Refund policy: If the commissioner wishes to cancel the commission, the following rules apply:
- If I am in the sketching phase:
If you made full payment upfront: only 50% will be refunded;
if you made a 50% deposit, I won't give you any refund.
- If I'm in the coloring/rendering phase, and you wish to cancel the commission, no refund will be
given.Complexity fees: There will be an extra charge if the pose, composition, background or character design is complex. Solid and transparent (.png) backgrounds are free. You should tell me in your form whether you would like one of these, which doesn't have any extra charges, or a complex background, which can be more expensive.Other fees: Each additional character will cost at 50% off the sale price. For example, if a single character drawing costs $100, a two character drawing will cost $150. Adding the half of $100, which is $50.
Deadlines also have an extra fee.Delivery time: I will make my commissions in the order they are paid for, but some simple commissions can be faster to make. In general, it will take from 1 to 4 weeks to complete a commission (I can guarantee that you will receive your commission within 1 month). If you have a deadline, please indicate so when filling out the commission form; I can give you priority for an additional fee.Art usage: The final product will be sent through email. You are free to upload it to your social media, use it as your profile picture, etc. but please credit me and retain my watermark. You are not allowed to use my art for AI training or NFTs.
If you do not want me to upload your commission to my social media, please say so when filling out the form (this applies only to social media; I may use your commission as a commission sample, in my portfolio, etc.).
Commissions are NOT for commercial use, ONLY personal use.Dimensions: When filling out the commission form, please tell me if you would like the canvas to be a specific size (my default size is A4 200~350 dpi). If no information is provided, I will do what seems best to me.Edits: You should let me know if something isn't of your liking right after receiving my sketch.
Once I start coloring, I won't accept any edits, unless it is a change in the color palette, or if I drew something wrong. Note that the edits must not make the composition / pose / background /
design any more complex; if this occurs, an additional charge must be paid.COMMERCIAL USE: For commercial use, the price will be charged per hour. Depending on the use, style and complexity, the price will vary from 25.00 USD to 100.00 USD per hour. Please note that most of my artworks take 6 to 9 hours to be finished.
